Hon. Naz Baluch, Parliamentary Secretary for Climate Change, Pakistan and Hon. Mercy Chriesty Barends, MP, Indonesia, AQA Board Member addressed the Parliamentarians for Fossil Fuel Free Future assembly during COP27.
Hon. Baluch gave a presentation on titled “The Urgency and Challenges of Energy Transition” and shared the AQA Loss&Damage Financing Mechanism report and recommendations.
Hon. Barends underscored the importance of urgent delivery of funds and the reallocation of budget for renewable energy in order to achieve a Fossil Fuel Free Future.
